Frequently asked questions

Any discounts for your coffees and is it limited to shops only?

Yes, we do! For three bags and above, you will enjoy 5% discount and nine bags and above you will enjoy 10% discount. And the discounts are open to all, for casual customers or cafe operators, both online or walk-in. If you need even better pricing, join our Cafe Partner Programme!

What's the coffee bag size?

Our current focus has been espresso and largely our cafe partners. So, our bags are usually 1kg bags. However, we would offer smaller 100/250g bags during events or on special request (with MOQ).

For filter coffees, if we have it available, will be indicated on the website and would vary between single serving up to 250g per bag.

How fresh are your coffees?

Our coffees are always roast to order. Most of the time, our coffees would arrive about 7 to 10 days from roasting. That means your coffees are almost certain ready to use when it hits our shelves.

Last month my ttku was $xxx but this month it is $yyy. Why is that?

Coffee prices do change between roasters and the beans that we are bringing in. For ttku, for example, it is single origin Brazil and there are a lot of varieties such as Cerrado, Santos or Minas Gerais in addition to processing methods too.

All of that influence the price of the coffee that we bring in every single time. We would always try our best to keep the price as similar as possible but ultimately it will depend on what the roasters charge us.
