Terms and Condition for Machine Rental

Noice/Grey Matter Operating Hours

Monday - Closed
Tuesday & Wednesday - 7am to 3.30pm
Thursday - 7am to 5.30pm
Friday - 7am to 12pm, 2pm to 5.30pm
Saturday - 7am to 5.30pm
Sunday - 9am to 4.30pm

Additional Fees

  1. Any pickup/delivery outside our usual operating hours can be arranged with a service fee of $20. Request needs to be made at least 48 hours before.
  2. The machine must be returned as per agreed rental date. Delay in returning the rental equipment will be charged $10/day/item and must be payable during the delivery of the machine. For example, if return was due on 3 May 2025 but was returned on 5 May, the late delivery fee is $20.

Pickup and Delivery

  1. Rental starts from the pickup day. For example, for a three-day rental from 1 to 3 May, rental starts on 1 May and ends on 3 May.  
  2. All rental equipment needs to be picked up and delivered to Noice/Grey Matter.
  3. Full payment of the rental must be completed 48 hours after the booking is done.  
  4. Any cancellation less than 48 hours from rental date will not be refunded. 

Renter Responsibility

  1. Please ensure that machine is returned cleaned, which includes but not limited backflushing the machine, removing all used beans (grinder), water and cleaning the steam wands. 
  2. The machine is provided as it is. It is the responsibility of the party renting the machine to immediately inform about any damages/malfunction relating to the machine operation. 
  3. Repairs of damages that is due to the operator error (e.g. misuse, droppage, lost) will be charged separately.
